Refurbished iPad Pro: is it worth it?
In the video below, I’ll show you why I decided to skip the latest iPad and purchased a refurbished iPad. I’ll do a quick unboxing of the unique packaging, share my experience and tell you about how much you should consider buying second hand.
So here’s Apple’s dirty little secret. Buying a refurbished Apple product is great! You get a device that’s been made good as new, with new batteries, possibly a new screen and a lot of other minor fixes that make the refurbished device indistinguishable from a new one. It’s pretty incredible.
When Apple announced the upgraded 2020 iPad Pro, I was a little disappointed. I was expecting a significant upgrade with 5G and possibly a redesign.
But unfortunately, the only real difference between the 2018 and the 2020 model is the lovely new, big camera on the back and the LiDAR sensor.
As nice as that is I don’t see myself scanning rooms with LiDAR to make 3D models or play AR games, though.
